Become an AAIC 2024 Abstract Reviewer

The Scientific Program Committee of the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference^® (AAIC^®) offers ISTAART members the opportunity to nominate themselves as potential abstract reviewers for the submitted AAIC 2024 conference program and for future meetings organised by the Alzheimer’s Association.

Invited AAIC 2024 abstract reviewers will grade abstracts within their area of expertise.

The AAIC review process, which takes place in early/mid February, is entirely electronic and easy to complete. Invited reviewers will score an average of 25 abstracts (350 words each).

Reviewers are vital to ensuring the success of the conference, as the review scores assist the Scientific Program Committee in shaping the content of the meeting. Building the scientific program would not be possible without the generous contributions of our volunteer reviewers. AAIC reviewers are recognized in the meeting notebook available during each AAIC.

Survey responses will be received through December 31, 2023. Responses will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee for their consideration and formal invitation.

Notifications will be sent via email in January from alz@confex.com directly to the selected reviewers.

Note that reviewers are still eligible to submit an AAIC 2024 abstract. Abstract submission opens in December 2023.
