2024 World Dementia Council China Summit

This high-level academic conference is for clinicians, academics and industry professionals working in China with international experts participating in the meeting. It takes place in Guangzhou on November 9-10 November and will be live streamed. Around six million people have dementia in China and with a rapidly ageing population dementia presents a significant health and fiscal challenge.
The conference sessions will address:
- Understanding disease, advances in research and undestanding of different forms of dementia
- Advances in research: Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia
- Recruitment in clinical trials
- Diagnosing AD and other forms of dementia
- The development of biomarker and their use in clinical practice
- Treating AD
- Future developments of treatments
- Preventing disease and early diagnosis
- Lifestyle disease prevention.
