After the overwhelming success of our inaugural conference, we are thrilled to announce the Dementia & Palliative Care Conference 2025, set for Tuesday 25 March 2025. This highly anticipated event will be held at the beautiful Buckfast Abbey Conference Centre in Buckfastleigh, UK.
