Vivensa Foundation Annual Symposium

The Vivensa Foundation Annual Symposium will be taking place on 23rd April 2026 at the IET, 2 Savoy Place London. Further details can be found below and registration is via Eventbrite.
The event is free to attend. To register, the deadline is Monday, 6th April 2026. As part of the registration process, we are offering attendees the opportunity to nominate themselves for a poster presentation. We’ll be reviewing and selecting titles/abstracts to ensure a diverse range of topic areas, career stages and presenters are represented.
The deadline to submit a title and abstract for a poster is 20th March 2026.
Given the limited space available for posters, priority will be given to those from projects funded by the Vivensa Foundation. We will notify all applicants in advance to confirm whether their poster has been selected for presentation at the event.

We plan to make recordings of the event available on our website for those unable to attend.

**We will also aim to cover the costs of travel to the event for early career researchers, where there is no other means to claim these back. Priority of any available funds will be given to Vivensa Foundation-funded ECRs and/or those selected to present at the event – attendees intending to claim travel costs should confirm these with the Foundation prior to booking travel.
