DESCRIPTION:This event brings together people with all levels of knowledge and interest to explore the connections between LGBTQIA+ communities\, dementia\, and brain health. The day will provide a welcoming space to share knowledge\, lived experience\, research evidence\, and service delivery perspectives. \nThe programme will focus on identifying gaps in research and practice\, discussing challenges\, and highlighting opportunities to reduce inequalities. Attendees will also have the opportunity to build professional and community connections while identifying practical actions that support impact and change. \nThe event is open to researchers\, funders\, people living with dementia\, carers\, coordinators\, managers\, service providers\, and anyone interested in inclusive dementia research and care.
