Researchers from Imperial College London\, UCL\, King’s College London and Queen Mary University of London will share the latest developments in dementia research. \nWhether you are living with dementia\, supporting someone with the condition\, studying the subject or simply interested in learning more\, everyone is welcome. \nDuring the day\, you can: \n\nExplore interactive information stalls suitable for all ages\nMeet dementia researchers and other attendees\nHear from expert scientists about their work\nLearn about recent advances in dementia research\nAsk questions and make new connections\n\nLunch and refreshments will be provided. \nDate: Saturday 3 October 2026Time: 10.00am–4.00pmVenue: SAF foyer and SAF Lecture Theatre G34\, South Kensington Campus\, Imperial College LondonCost: Free\, but registration is required \nThe Dementia Open Day is organised by the Alzheimer’s Research UK London Network Centre\, bringing together researchers from Imperial College London\, UCL\, King’s College London and Queen Mary University of London. \nCall for stall holders\nAre you a dementia researcher in London? The organisers are looking for researchers and teams to host stalls at this year’s Open Day. \nStalls run from 1pm to 4pm\, and the organisers are particularly keen on interactive\, hands-on activities that bring current dementia research to life in an accessible way. Visitors will include people living with dementia\, carers\, families\, students and members of the public\, so it is a great chance to share your work with an audience well beyond the lab.
