SUMMARY:AD/PD Conference 2027
DESCRIPTION:AD/PD 2027\, the International Conference on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Diseases and related neurological disorders\, runs from 16 to 20 March 2027 in Barcelona and online. Late-breaking abstracts are open until 18 November. \nAD/PD™ is one of the main events of the year in neurodegeneration research\, bringing clinicians and basic scientists from around the world together in one place. What sets it apart is that it puts Alzheimer’s\, Parkinson’s and related disorders side by side\, and looks at what they share and where they differ. \nThe 2027 programme runs from basic science through to translational and clinical research: disease mechanisms and protein aggregation\, phase I–III clinical trials\, fluid biomarkers and neuroimaging for early detection\, drug discovery\, new therapies including gene therapy and immunotherapy\, and prevention and risk factors. The meeting is hybrid\, held at the International Barcelona Convention Center with online attendance available. \nLate-breaking abstracts for AD/PD 2027\nThe main abstract deadline has passed\, with notifications due in mid-October\, but late-breaking submission is open until Wednesday 18 November 2026 at midnight CET. Accepted authors will hear by 2 December 2026. \nAbstracts must report unpublished data that hasn’t been presented before\, run to no more than 280 words\, and follow an Objectives\, Methods\, Results\, Conclusions structure. Each person can present up to five posters and one oral presentation\, and the presenting author must be listed first and must register for the conference. There is no embargo policy\, so you are free to share your work within your networks. \nOne thing for early career researchers to note: the Junior Faculty Awards are not open to late-breaking submissions\, as this year’s winners have already been announced.
