DESCRIPTION:An exclusive two-day course led by world-class leaders and a community that goes beyond that. \n\n\n\nWhy aren’t there more women in leadership positions in science? This exclusive MasterClass (up to 60 participants\, held online) explores this question while creating a vital space for women scientists to connect\, share experiences\, and develop essential leadership skills. Through targeted workshops and seminars led by world-class leaders\, as well as networking opportunities\, participants will gain practical strategies for advancing their careers while addressing the unique challenges women face in scientific fields. This work is informed by his 17 years of research in academia and industry. He is the founder and CEO of Leadership Sculptor\, an organisation dedicated to helping researchers lead with clarity\, empathy\, and purpose. CJ holds a B.A. in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Numerical Analysis. He combines this analytical precision with a deep understanding of human dynamics.
