SUMMARY:Biofluid Based Biomarkers in Neuropsychiatric Syndromes - Preclinical Disease
DESCRIPTION:Biofluid Based Biomarkers & Neuropsychiatric Syndromes PIAs: Biofluid Based Biomarkers in Neuropsychiatric Syndromes – The Preclinical Disease Webinar \nBiofluid biomarkers are an increasingly important tool in understanding the early stages of disease. Evidence suggests they may be closely linked with the development and expression of neuropsychiatric syndromes\, including behavioural and mood changes\, across different stages of disease progression. \nThis session will focus on the associations between biofluid biomarkers and behavioural symptoms in preclinical disease. The discussion will highlight the potential for these biomarkers to inform earlier detection\, improve diagnostic accuracy\, and guide intervention strategies before clinical symptoms are fully established. \nParticipants will gain insights into the latest research findings\, methodological approaches\, and the practical implications of integrating biofluid biomarkers into studies of neuropsychiatric syndromes. \nModerators \n\nZahinoor Ismail\nFabricio Ferreira de Oliveira\n\nSpeakers \n\nRaphael Machado Castilhos\nByron Creese\n\nWho Should Attend \nResearchers\, clinicians\, and students interested in dementia\, psychiatry\, neurology\, biomarkers\, and translational approaches to preclinical disease. \nRegister to Attend
