SUMMARY:36th Alzheimer Europe Conference
DESCRIPTION:Join the 36th Alzheimer Europe Conference in Dublin! We are delighted to invite you to submit abstracts for the upcoming 36th Alzheimer Europe Conference (#36AEC)\, which will take place in Dublin\, Ireland\, under the banner “Sláinte: Building momentum in dementia through policy\, research and partnership”. \nThe conference will take place between 27 and 29 October 2026 at the Conference Centre Dublin. \nCall for abstracts now open!\nAlzheimer Europe and the Alzheimer Society of Ireland are calling for abstracts for oral and poster presentations. \nThe call for abstracts will close on 30 April 2026. \nBursary for early stage researchers\nThe Alzheimer Europe Foundation is collaborating with the INTERDEM Academy to award ten bursaries of EUR 1\,000 for early stage researchers wishing to attend and present at the Alzheimer Europe Conference. We are looking for “Dementia researchers of the future” willing to share their work and research on “Innovative approaches to dementia”. \nPlease submit your application for one of these bursaries by sending in your abstract and a short bio by 30 April 2026 via the abstract submission portal under the topic “Dementia researchers of the future – Innovative approaches to dementia”. \nFor more information please click here. \n\nTake advantage of the early bird registration fees until 30 June 2026 to attend the event in Dublin. Register with the early bird rates and benefit from the reduced registration fee of EUR 560 instead of EUR 860. \n  \nThe full registration fee includes: \n\nAdmission to all sessions\nDelegate bag and final programme\nOpening ceremony and welcome reception\nScheduled coffee breaks on 27\, 28 and 29 October and lunches on 28 and 29 October\nNetworking opportunities\nAccess to the exhibition hall and poster presentations\n\nRegister \nSpecial rates are available for people with dementia\, carers\, students and member associations of Alzheimer Europe. Click here for more information. \nPlease note that a networking event will be organised in addition to the main programme. Registration for this event is not yet available; participants will be notified once it opens. \n
