The Efficacy and Mechanism Evaluation (EME) Programme is accepting stage one applications to this funding opportunity. Dementia is a growing challenge that has become one of the most important health and social care issues facing the world. We need to continue building the evidence base, to improve the lives of people affected by dementia.

All research projects are expected to establish a programme appointed Study Steering Committee and it is important that you read the TSC/SSC Guidance before completing your application. Costs incurred by this committee should be included in the budget as appropriate.
