Help Improve the UK Dementia Diagnostic Pathway

Alzheimer’s Research UK is seeking input from healthcare professionals on how the dementia diagnostic pathway can be improved. If you’re involved in any part of this process – from direct clinical care to research, commissioning, policy or service delivery – your experience matters.

This short survey (approx. 5–10 minutes) invites you to share your insights on the current system and suggest potential improvements. The project has already captured views from those recently diagnosed with dementia and their supporters. Now, the focus is on hearing from professionals like you.

You don’t need to answer every question, and responses can be paused and resumed. All data will be handled confidentially. By taking part, you can also opt in to receive a summary of the findings or get involved in the next stage of this work.

Deadline to respond: 25 May 2025
