I am a neuroimaging scientist, from a physics background and I was fascinated by using technologies to help us better understand the body and the brain.

Over the pandemic, I have really got into roller skating.
Why did you choose to work in dementia:
Alzheimer’s disease is such a devastating illness, and I think that it is crucial that we better understand the early mechanisms in the disease, which might lead to finding new treatment that help to slow down or even stop the disease.
What single piece of advice would you give to an early career researcher?
Remember to write down as many details as possible in your lab book!
What book are you reading right now? Would you recommend it?
My Brilliant Friend by Elena Ferrante [1]. Yes I would recommend, it immerses you into the colourful world growing up in Naples.
