I am a retired general neurologist and former neuroscientist. I retired in 2013 due to Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) due to Alzheimer’s disease. Since then I have been studying and writing about my own brain and disease in a book, A Tattoo on my Brain: A Neurologist’s Personal Battle against Alzheimer’s Disease, in several journal papers and a blog tattooonmybrain.com [1].
