This webinar introduces the new Race Against Dementia – UK Dementia Research Institute Fellowship Scheme, supporting the next generation of researchers working at the intersection of dementia research and artificial intelligence.

- Lydia Beaton (Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO, Race Against Dementia) – introducing the charity, its global fellowship programme, and unique Formula One-inspired training model.
- Dr Natalie Duggett (Science Programme Manager, UK DRI) – explaining fellowship details, eligibility, funding, application process, and support available for applicants.
The session covers background to both organisations, the remit of the call, eligibility guidance, fellowship structure (4–5 years, up to £500,000), training and mentoring opportunities, and a Q&A with prospective applicants.
