The SmartSocks COMFORT Developer Programme invites forward-thinking care organisations to collaborate with Milbotix on the next generation of wearable technology for connected care.
SmartSocks COMFORT has been designed to support comfort, dignity and independence. Using unobtrusive, sock-based sensing, the system alerts caregivers when changes in movement or physiology suggest the wearer may be emotionally distressed or at risk of falling. These insights help care teams identify unmet needs earlier and intervene more effectively.
Caregivers can also track SmartSocks proprietary calmness, mobility and activity scores over time, providing a richer picture of physical and psychological wellbeing, including visibility around falls and recovery.
Since launch, we’ve welcomed our first Developer Programme partners, including a leading home care provider and a housing association, who will soon begin evaluating SmartSocks®COMFORT prototypes in real-world care settings. Their feedback is already helping to inform the product roadmap.
We are now opening a limited number of additional places for organisations that want to play an active role in shaping how SmartSocks COMFORT evolves.
As a Developer Programme partner, you’ll receive:
- Early access to SmartSocks®COMFORT prototype kits (5 pairs)
- A free upgrade to the next generation of SmartSocks®COMFORT, scheduled for launch in late 2026
- Structured opportunities to co-develop the product, including quarterly feedback and roadmap sessions with the Milbotix team
The commitment fee is £999 + VAT, and places are strictly limited to ensure meaningful collaboration.
