Mendelian Randomisation Training Course
September 15 - September 17

Join us for a three-day, in-person course on Mendelian randomisation at University College London from 15th-17th September 2026.
Running for the third year, this course introduces some of the theory and most widely used tools for MR, and how to apply these methods to real research questions. The course will cover one-sample and two-sample approaches, sensitivity analyses including pleiotropy-robust methods, multivariable MR for mediation and interaction analyses, within-family MR, MR-PheWAS and drug target MR. Each method will be explained with accompanying practicals to give participants hands-on experience designing, running, interpreting, and reporting MR studies.
Location: Wolfson Centre, Bloomsbury.
Tutors: Dr Emma Anderson, Dr Dylan Williams & Professor Neil Davies, University College London
Guest lecturer: Dr Eleanor Sanderson, University of Bristol
