What is the Community of Practice?
The Community of Practice is an opportunity for anyone working in social care across the North West Coast to come together, discuss key issues in the field, and find collaborative solutions.
This is the third of four meetings, each focusing on a different social care topic. Event Three will explore social care in dementia – the barriers and challenges to access and how to improve support for people with dementia and unpaid carers.

This meeting is for:
- Social work and social care staff in any role across health and social care providers
- Third sector organisations and the NHS
- Public advisors
