Theme: Creating Change – Shaping the Future of Young Onset Dementia
We invite you to attend our 3rd Annual Conference on young onset dementia, bringing together people with lived experience, professionals, researchers and service providers to share knowledge, discuss challenges, highlight developments in the field and look to the future..
This year we are focusing on driving change and shaping future approaches to care, support and education, to improve the lives of families and individuals affected by young onset dementia. The conference will feature expert speakers, interactive workshops, and a marketplace showcasing organisations that provide services for people with young onset dementia. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network and connect with others working in the field.
Tickets are £50, to include lunch and refreshments.
As part of the conference, we are inviting organisations and businesses to book a stall in our marketplace to showcase their services. If you are interested in reserving a stall, please contact Debby Lennox on debby.lennox@dementiaforward.org.uk for more details and pricing structure.
Parking:
Elland Road offer free car parking on a first-come first-served basis in the Stadium Way car park (150 spaces).
Public Transport:
Leeds station is only a short taxi ride away from Elland Road.
The venue is on a main bus route.
Accommodation:
The closest hotel is Clayton Hotel Leeds, which is an approximate 5 minute drive from Elland Road.
