AI in Biology Seminar with Professor Caroline Uhler
September 23 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

A new AI for Biological Discovery Seminar Series, presented by the Francis Crick Institute.
The Crick AI for Biological Discovery Seminar Series is a new online seminar series established by Professor Mihaela van der Schaar, Chief AI Scientist at the Francis Crick Institute, together with Dr Fabian Fröhlich.
The series will explore how advances in AI can transform fundamental biological discovery, helping researchers ask and address new biological questions. It will bring leading speakers working at the interface of AI, machine learning and biology to the Crick community, with a focus on AI for fundamental biological discovery.
The seminars are intended to stimulate discussion across the Crick about how AI methods can support biological research, reveal new insights from complex datasets, and open up new directions for discovery.
The talks are open to scientists from other institutes and universities from across London and beyond. You should have a minimum of graduate-level biological knowledge to attend and fully engage with these talks.
