High-performing teams are built on trust, self-awareness and safe conflict. This NIHR webinar explores the essential “T&Cs” that underpin exceptional team dynamics. It will help you cultivate these qualities by deepening your awareness, fostering psychological safety and practicing safe, collaborative conflict.
