Leadership in Action: Global Brain Health Satellite Sessions
May 21 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

As part of the Global Brain Health Institute’s (GBHI) 10 year milestone, five global sites are hosting Leadership in Action: Global Brain Health Satellite Sessions in May 2026.
These locally led events, organized by Atlantic Fellows in collaboration with regional partners, highlight innovative, community driven approaches to advancing brain health equity around the world.
This webinar marks the culmination of these efforts. Participants will hear directly from fellows and partners leading each Satellite Session, sharing insights from local programs, partnerships, and innovations across diverse global settings.
The session will also explore:
- The origins of GBHI’s interdisciplinary model
- How value based leadership has shaped a global community of fellows
- The philanthropic vision behind building an equity focused movement in brain health
Satellite Sessions will take place in Uganda, the Oceania region, Peru, France and Francophone countries, and Argentina, each reflecting regional priorities and cross sector collaboration.
Together, these efforts highlight a decade of progress and point toward new ideas, partnerships, and action for the future of global brain health.
This webinar is part of GBHI’s 10 year anniversary events at UCSF, taking place May 18 to 21, 2026.
