Join ENRICH Scotland online on August 12th for a RICH Voices Meet the Researcher session
We will be joined by two researchers who will discuss their research proposals:
Eilidh Tousland, a trainee Clinical Psychologist, is recruiting participants for a research study related to staff wellbeing in care homes. The research aims to understand what helps care home staff feel well and positive at work.
Dr Fawn Harrad-Hyde’s research explores how decisions are made when a care home residents health deteriorate. Fawn wants to make sure that she designs a study that would work in care home settings and would like to discuss her ideas and get feedback from the RICH voices group.
