Shaping the Future of Young Onset Dementia Support
Now in its fourth year, our U&ME Young Onset Conference has become a key annual event for sharing news, information and experiences relating to young onset dementia.
This year’s theme, Create Connection, reflects our ambition to bring people together from across the UK to listen, learn and explore new ways of working collaboratively for the benefit of people living with young onset dementia and those who support them.
Once again, people with lived experience will be at the heart of the day, with their stories and perspectives highlighted throughout.
