The NIHR Research Delivery Network Coordinating Centre at the University of Leeds is recruiting a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager to help shape Be Part of Research and Join Dementia Research, the national digital services behind study recruitment across England.
Grade: Grade 8
Location: RDNCC office, Queen Street, Leeds. Hybrid working, with at least 40% of your time in the office. Other flexible working arrangements can be discussed.

Are you an experienced stakeholder engagement manager with a background in the life sciences, healthcare or research sectors? Can you build relationships, influence decision-makers and turn strategic goals into practical outcomes?
The NIHR Research Delivery Network (RDN) is funded by the Department of Health and Social Care to help the health and care system attract, optimise and deliver research across England. It is made up of 12 Regional Research Delivery Networks and a Coordinating Centre (RDNCC), working together as one. The University of Leeds has been chosen by the UK government to lead the RDNCC.
The role
You will join the RDNCC Digital Engagement team, driving the development and delivery of digital stakeholder engagement strategies that support the RDN Strategic Plan. There is a particular focus on the life sciences industry.
You will work with a wide range of partners, including the wider NIHR, the regional networks, the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England and the life sciences sector. You will play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic development of the NIHR digital services, Be Part of Research and Join Dementia Research.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, ideally in a healthcare setting
- A creative and excellent communicator, able to influence and work with a variety of decision-makers
- Collaborative, flexible and self-motivated
- Experience working in the life sciences, healthcare or research sectors
