Biofluid Based Biomarkers in Neuropsychiatric Syndromes – Preclinical Disease
October 29 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Biofluid Based Biomarkers & Neuropsychiatric Syndromes PIAs: Biofluid Based Biomarkers in Neuropsychiatric Syndromes – The Preclinical Disease Webinar
Biofluid biomarkers are an increasingly important tool in understanding the early stages of disease. Evidence suggests they may be closely linked with the development and expression of neuropsychiatric syndromes, including behavioural and mood changes, across different stages of disease progression.
This session will focus on the associations between biofluid biomarkers and behavioural symptoms in preclinical disease. The discussion will highlight the potential for these biomarkers to inform earlier detection, improve diagnostic accuracy, and guide intervention strategies before clinical symptoms are fully established.
Participants will gain insights into the latest research findings, methodological approaches, and the practical implications of integrating biofluid biomarkers into studies of neuropsychiatric syndromes.
