Londonomics Deep Dive: Xenium spatial transcriptomics with 10x Genomics

The London Omics Network is pleased to hosting Roman Laddach, a bioinformatician from 10x Genomics, who will provide an interactive session on Xenium to answer questions about bioinformatic workflows, analyses, and topics you may have! Current topics raised include: quality checks, cell segmentation and cell type annotations. Got other analytical challenges? Come by to ask and gain insight into how to tackle them. Packages and code will be signposted, and refreshments will be provided at the end of the session, where people can network and discuss their projects.

Practical information:

• Please bring a fully charged laptop (essential)
• Registration must be completed using an academic (.ac.uk) email address. Sign-ups using non-academic emails will be cancelled.
