Previously we have had successful applications from roles that include GP, Director of nursing, lecturer, GMTS graduate, Policy Manager, Organisational Development Facilitator, Programme Lead and Director of Finance. NB This list of examples is by no means exhaustive and we would also welcome applications from across the whole spectrum of health and care who meet the following criteria. Applicants should be:

  • Experienced and have understanding of other non-didactic development models (e.g. coaching, mentoring, experiential learning)
