Academic Practice and Ethics
November 16 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

A free online session from the School of Advanced Study, University of London, on good academic practice and research ethics.
This session covers the principles of good academic practice and the ethical questions that come up in research, from how you use and acknowledge other people’s work to the approvals and responsibilities that come with research involving people.
It is part of the SAS Research Training series, which runs weekly through the autumn. Sessions are aimed at postgraduate researchers in the humanities, but integrity and ethics are the foundation of research in every discipline, dementia research included.
Booking
All are welcome. The session is free, but you need to book through the SAS event page. It runs online via Zoom, and joining details are emailed to registered attendees 24 hours before it starts. Questions can go to kremena.velinova@sas.ac.uk.
