Session two of the ISTAART Guide to Grants webinar series takes the Letter of Intent apart, line by line.
Find out why funders use an LOI at all, what makes a good one, and the main challenges to watch for when you sit down to write yours.
The series comes from the Alzheimer’s Association International Research Program, which funds investigators at every career stage, and takes you behind the scenes of its grants process from Letter of Intent (LOI) through to peer review. Join one session or all six. It is aimed at anyone who finds the funding process daunting, particularly early in their career, and is worth a look whether you are preparing a first application or scanning our funding calls for the next one.
