Alzheimer’s and dementia conferences, webinars and events from across the UK and around the world, gathered in one place for everyone working in dementia research.
We aim to list everything relevant to people working on Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and anything that could help early career researchers build their careers: from short online webinars, seminars and training courses to workshops, symposia and the major international conferences. Events come from universities, research institutes, charities, funders and learned societies, and span the whole field, from fundamental neuroscience and clinical trials to dementia care and social science.
Many are online and free to join from anywhere; others are in person in London, across the UK and Europe, and further afield. Browse dementia conferences and events for 2026 and 2027 using the search and filters below, or switch to month view to see the calendar at a glance.
Dementia Researcher’s own events
We run free events for early career researchers, including our weekly Research Showcase livestream, where researchers present their work, and webinars on careers, funding and research skills. Find them all under Dementia Researcher webinars and Research Showcase.
