Tell us a little about yourself:
Medical doctor with interest in Public Health, running a community-based health program in rural Tanzania since 2013, and specializing in Neurology since 2016. I feel attracted, in general, by topics in the borders of medicine.
I studied in Madrid, including exchanged in Slovenia and Argentina, and I live in Granada from 2016. I love my city. I am passionate about mountain, whether it is bicycle, rock climbing or any other, and fauna observation.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself:
I like to give new meanings to phrases, movies or songs, for example, “Antigua pero moderna” (“Ancient but modern”) would define a possible approach to ecological crisis from individual behaviours.
Why did you choose to work in dementia?
Because I would like to understand better the base of cognitive functions, I find interesting to study the situations in which they fail.
