BBRC Barcelona seeks Senior and Clinical Neurologists to lead research and trials in Alzheimer’s and neurodegeneration within a translational programme.

Join the Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center (BBRC), a pioneering research institution dedicated to understanding and preventing Alzheimer’s disease and related neurodegenerative disorders. Located in Barcelona’s vibrant biomedical ecosystem, BBRC integrates clinical excellence, translational research, and innovation in a unique collaborative environment.

BBRC is recruiting 2 Senior Neurologists to develop fully independent research lines in neurodegeneration. Candidates with experience in Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, movement disorders, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Research directions may include disease mechanisms, biomarkers, clinical trials, and translational innovation, with flexibility to define and lead their own scientific programmes aligned with BBRC priorities.

We are also recruiting 5 Clinical Neurologists to join a programme that combines excellent patient care, participation in pioneering clinical trials, and integration into BBRC research groups. Clinical activity will take place at Hospital del Mar, while contributing to research on Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. These positions are designed for clinicians seeking to develop an academic and research-oriented career without giving up strong clinical practice.
