Dementia Researcher is proud to support the Brain Health Challenge 2025, a global campaign encouraging people to prioritise brain health in creative, visible ways.
Founded by students of the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Brain Health 2025, and backed by the Swiss Brain Health Foundation and EAN Brain Health Advocates, the challenge invites participants to wear a creatively styled helmet in an unusual or interesting location, then share a photo or video online with the hashtags:
#BrainHealthChallenge #ProtectYourBrain #BrainHealthChallenge2025
Why a helmet? It’s a symbol of protection—highlighting the importance of brain health for overall wellbeing.
🧠 How to take part:
- Put on a helmet—bold and creative is best!
- Choose an unexpected or eye-catching location.
- Snap a photo or video (make it fun!).
- Post it on your social platform of choice using the hashtags above.
- Nominate a friend or colleague to join in.
The campaign will culminate on World Brain Day, 22 July 2025—but you can get involved now and help build momentum.
Whether you’re a researcher, clinician, advocate, or just someone who cares about mental and cognitive wellbeing, your participation can help spread an important message: there’s no health without brain health.
📣 Let’s show the world how research and creativity can come together to make a difference.
