Dr Francesca Cormack Announced as AAIC Plenary Speaker

We are pleased to announce Dr Francesca Cormack as a plenary speaker at the in person Manchester UK Hub of AAIC Neuroscience Next 2026, on 26th February.

Dr Cormack is Chief Scientist at Cambridge Cognition, where she leads on applying cognitive neuroscience to develop innovative digital tools for assessing brain health. Her research brings together expertise in neuropsychology, cognitive assessment, and digital health technologies to identify biomarkers that can transform how neurological and psychiatric conditions are understood, detected, and managed.

With a background spanning experimental psychology, psychopharmacology, and applied data science, Dr Cormack’s work focuses on developing physiological and behavioural biomarkers, including voice analysis and other novel measures, to capture subtle changes in cognition and behaviour. These approaches aim to improve clinical trials, support earlier and more accurate intervention, and advance personalised care.

At AAIC Neuroscience Next 2026, Dr Cormack will deliver a plenary lecture on physiological and behavioural biomarkers, highlighting emerging methods and applications that will inform and inspire the dementia research community and the next generation of scientists and clinicians.
