I am a postdoctoral researcher at University of Cambridge. My research focuses on understanding dementia better and developing accurate methods to better diagnose different dementia syndromes. I enjoy learning about new cultures and their history through their food. I have travelled to 23 countries, most of which have centered around exploring local cuisines and learning about cultures.

Why did you choose to work in dementia?

I was fascinated with the field of memory ever since I first heard about Clive Wearing. To understand how memory abilities function, I started studying Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia syndromes, which paved the way for a career in dementia research.

My husband has logapenic aphasia I was wondering if there are any trials he can take part in please.
He is still able to hold conversations although he has had it for 3 years ,but the thing he finds most difficulty with is converting digital time to words.
